Dorcus Sanchez Adams Jr., 18 of Rome, has been arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on two victims in a public housing complex on Reservoir Street.
Reports said that Adams dared others to start a fight with him before pulling out his weapon and waving it for others to see.
Adams is charged with felony aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
Adams had been previously been banned from the property.
