Tommy Leroy Williams, 62 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend for allegedly setting a 1995 Chevrolet truck on fire. Reports added that Williams set the truck ablaze in order to file an insurance claim.
They added that Williams towed the truck to Smith Road at Manning Lake Road and set it on fire back on April 21st.
He is charged with first degree arson and insurance fraud.
