Chelsey Kristina Edwards, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she broke two windows to a home and numerous windows out of a victim’s vehicle. Reports indicated that Edwards used a softball bat to damage the property at 306 Woodward Avenue back on May 18.
She is charged with felony second degree criminal damage to property since the damage exceeded $500
Reports added that she admitted to the acts when police arrested her.
