Jonathan Benjamin Whatley, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after police found him with packaged marijuana.
Reports said that Whatley had over an ounce of marijuana packaged in baggies.
He was charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of the drug with the intent to distribute.
