Floyd County police arrested 45 year-old Mikel John Shelton Randleman, of Rome, this week for allegedly stalking a woman.
Reports said that Randleman is accused of texting a woman who had taken out a protective order against him several times Monday morning. He had received the TPO last week.
He is charged with aggravated stalking.
