Charles Lee Frost, 25 of Rome, was arrested late last week for allegedly aiming a gun at someone on Second Avenue. He was found a short time later on Martha Berry Boulevard, where police searched his vehicle.
Reports said that during the search they found marijuana in the vehicle.
Frost was charged with aggravated assault and possession of marijuana.
