Antonio Vargas Gonzales, 45 of Rome, was jailed over the weekend after reports said he continuously cursed in front of a child. Reports added that while being arrested at his home on North Fifth Avenue for disorderly conduct he hit the police car with his hand, resulting in a dent.
Gonzales is charged with felony interference with government property and parole violation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
