Larry Dewayne Justice, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a Bobcat tractor from the Georgia Department of Transportation in Chattooga County.
Reports said that he was spotted at a gas station on Martha Berry Highway with the tractor, which is valued at close to $20,000.
He is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property, probation violation, driving on an expired tag, acquiring license plate for the purpose of concealing identification, driving on a suspended or revoked license, no brake lights and driving without insurance.
