Shayanna Ratell Gladney, 38 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome this week for allegedly charging $110.10 to a victim’s SunTrust bank card without approval. Reports said that Gladney made the purchases from the east Rome Wal-Mart back on September 22, 2014.
She is charged with felony financial transaction card fraud.
