Cynthia Rape, 36 of Trion, was transferred to the Floyd County Jail from Polk County on Monday to face a felony theft charge. Reports said that Rape took a cargo utility trailer from the Armuchee Self Storage. The victim also reported that the trailer contained furniture and tools valued at $3,200.
In addition to the theft charge she is also faced with giving false information to a police officer after allegedly attempting to use a relative’s name instead of her own.
