Amber Leeann Nichols, 39 of Rome, was recently arrested after she allegedly used another person’s Social Security Card to qualify for a vehicle loan at the Coosa Valley Credit Union.

Reports said that Nichols applied for a $14,977 loan back in July 2014. She then allegedly took the money and purchased a Chevrolet Malibu. She was arrested after never making a payment on the vehicle.

She is charged with felony theft by deception.
