Wagner Dagoberto Ramos-Vasquez, 34 of Rome, was arrested at his Cave Spring Road home Tuesday on a child sex crime. Report said that Ramos-Vasquez touched an underage female without her permission.
Ramos-Vasquez is charged with sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.
