Rome Police arrested Linda Ann Thomaston, 40 of Cave Spring, after she allegedly took medications from Floyd Medical Center. Reports said that she signed for the pills under someone else’s name. Thomaston is charged with two counts of felony possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, as well as misdemeanor theft.

Reports said that she took two Clonazepam pills, a Schedule IV controlled substance, and a Tramadol pill, a Schedule II controlled substance.

She is additionally charged with pills not being in the original container, a misdemeanor.
