Reports said that no additional charges are expected against Ronnie Thomas Tutton, 31 of Dallas, who allegedly hit a motorcycle and causing serious injury to Terrin Layne Cammer, 35, before leaving the scene. Police said that Tutton Jr. struck Cammer at the intersection of GA 101 and Shifflet Road late Sunday evening. Tutton is charged with leaving the scene of the accident, driving while under the influence (DUI) as well as driving on a suspended license and a seat belt violation. Police said on Monday that an investigation reveled that Tutton did not leave the scene because he was at fault, rather because he had no license. Police said that skid marks on the road showed that Tutton applied his brakes in an effort to avoid the crash.

Cammer is still listed in critical condition at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. Cammer was hit by a truck

Cammer was sent down a 20 foot embankment as a result of the crash
