Holly Jena Farr, 55 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after she allegedly screamed in the face of an 83 year-old woman while using profanity against the victim and a witness.
Reports said that police heard Farr screaming from outside the home on Woodview Court.
While being taken into custody for disorderly conduct, Farr allegedly removed her hands from the cuffs and then resisted officers while they tried to place another set on her.
She also is accused of trying to kick an officer.
Farr is charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, felony obstruction of an officer and obstruction of law enforcement.
