Christy Michelle Hudgins, 39 of Rome, was arrested Tuesday after threatening and placing her mother in the fear of being injured.
Reports said that Hudgins then begin to yell and curse in the parking lot while resisting arrest.
Hudgins is charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and obstruction of law enforcement.
