Joshua Cleo Mize, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed a police window with his head.
Police stated that Mize used his head to repeatedly smash it against the rear left passenger window of a patrol car. Mize’s action allegedly caused the window the shatter.
Mize is charged with interference with government property.
