Paul Joseph Rector, 51 of Trion, was arrested this week after reports said he sexually attacked a 16-year-old family member.
Police said that they were dispatched to a home on — after the teen stated that Rector had been inappropriately touching her for a year.
The victim said that when she was 15, Rector smacked her buttocks, leaving a small bruise, while she “had a nice ***”.
A second incident occurred a month ago when the victim told police that Rector grabbed and rubbed her inner thigh while stating she “had sexy thighs”.
Rector is charged with sexual battery.
