Aliyah Jene Cornelius, 30 of Fayetteville, was arrested this week after reports said she conspired with others to sneak contraband into the Floyd County Prison.
Reports stated that Cornelius, along with Justin Bingley, Willjarvis McIntosh and Broadariss Mattox, attempted to sneak 243.81 grams of tobacco, 471 grams of marijuana, 6 “strips” and rolling paper into the facility.
Reports stated that Cornelis agreed to deliver the contraband to a designated spot so that the inmates could retrieve the items while on work detail.
Cornelius is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, use of a communication facility in commission of a crime, items prohibited by an inmate and possession of marijuana.
