Jonathan Richard Duke Sr, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said a traffic stop for a window tint violation resulted in officers finding drugs.
Reports stated that a stop on Ga 53 near Burlington Drive resulted in officers finding methamphetamine and cocaine.
Duke is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.
