Mrs. Ozell Hall Williams, age 90, of Lindale, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at her residence.

Mrs. Williams was born in Floyd County, Georgia on January 5, 1935, daughter of the late James Luther Hall, Sr. and the late Ethel Burgess Hall. She was also preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, James Boyd Williams, brothers, James Hall, Jr., J.O. Hall, Lester Hall, and Donald Hall, by a sister, Nola Hall Tucker, and her life-long friend, Bobbie Jean Powell.

Mrs. Williams attended Pepperell Schools and was a life-long member of Lindale Church of God. She was very active in the church, serving in any capacity where there was a need. She always said her favorite place to serve was teaching the children about the love of Jesus. Mrs. Williams was truly a faithful servant of God, desiring to help others in need.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Williams (Nancy); a daughter, Jeannine Williams; grandchildren, Jordan Williams Shuler (Jeremy) and Jake Williams; great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jacob, and Ella Grace Shuler, and Cain Williams; a sister, Mrs. Jewell Formby; special friends, the Herbert Powell family; many nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 2pm at Floyd Memory Gardens. Garrett Henderson will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Tuesday from 12:30 until 1:30pm.
