Melody Jan Harpe, 63 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she got into a physical altercation with her daughter.
Reports said that the victim told police that Harpe “flipped out and attacked her”.
Police stated that they observed black and red bruising on her arm.
A second victim also showed officers claw marks on his arm sustained from Harpe.
Harpe is charged with two counts of battery.
