Janice Goss Shell, age 65 of Centre passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Cherokee County Health & Rehab.
She is survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Ann Goss Hill, Brenda Joyce Goss Whorton, Eva Mae Goss Barnwell, Wanda Lee Goss; several nieces and nephews; her resident friends at Cherokee County Health & Rehab.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harlan Eugene Shell “Jr.”; sister, Carol Jean Goss Martin; brothers, William Ralph Goss, James Alvin Goss and Robert Langston Goss.
Ms. Shell was a lifelong native of Alabama and the daughter of the late William Hol and Mary Lee Hazel Smith Goss. She was of the Baptist faith.
