Winona Cherie Agan, 37 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after reports said she failed to provide food and water for her two dogs, which resulted in severe emaciation of the animals.
Reports added that the dogs were found in a sickened state at a home on Edgefield Drive in Silver Creek.
Both animals scored a 3 out of 9 on the Purina Body Scale.
Again is charged with two counts aggravated cruelty to animals.
