Precious Karen Echols, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole over $300 in beauty products from Ulta in Rome.
Reports said that Echols concealed the items and left the store without paying for the $330 worth of merchandise.
Echols has been convicted on three prior shoplifting charges.
Echols is charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
