Larry Charles Oliver age 75 of Sand Rock, passed away peacefully at his home , Sunday February 9, 2025.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 12th, 2025 at 12:00pm in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home. Bro. Don Hutton and Bro. Steve Simmons will officiate. Burial will follow at Sand Rock Cemetery, weather permitting. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11am until the time of the service.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sharon Oliver, son, Larry Chad Oliver, daughter, Crystal Oliver Lavender (Brett), grandchildren, Brooke Wight, Dalton Gray Oliver, Cade Carlton Lavender and Wyatt Charles Oliver.
He was preceded in death by his parents Irvin & Mary Oliver and grandchild, Augustus Oliver.
Larry dedicated 33 years of service to Goodyear Tire and Rubber before retiring. His happiest moments were spent on his family farm, surrounded by loved ones, watching his grandkids play, and seeing the horses graze in the pasture. He found joy in simple pleasures, like watching old western movies with his faithful companion, Gabe, always by his side. While our hearts grieve for him on earth, we rejoice in knowing his body is healed, and he is at peace in Heaven.
