Ms. Amanda Elaine Sartin Allmon, age 36, of Rome, GA, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
Amanda was born in Rome, GA, on June 30, 1988, daughter of Mr. Randall Earl Sartin and the late Juanita Missouri Howard Sartin. She worked for many years at Scott Logistics but most recently worked for her brother as operations manager for Sartin, Inc. Amanda was a strong, driven, goal-oriented independent woman. She could outwork any man and no matter her circumstance, would not take hand outs from anyone. Amanda loved her family above all else and was quick to defend them if needed. She was often the peace maker and could keep a level head in heated situations. Amanda was an extremely talented landscape artist, and her green thumb rivaled the best. She had a beautiful garden and could nurse just about any flower to its original glory.
Amanda never met a stranger. She was a friend to all and did not care what your socioeconomic status was, she would give you a hug. Amanda had an amazing sense of humor and could make even the most coldhearted people crack a smile. She enjoyed the simple thing in life and took great joy in being out in God’s creation. Amanda was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church and is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for eternity.
Survivors include her 3 children, Addison Sartin, Cameron Allmon and Hazel Allmon; her father, Randall Sartin; 2 brothers, Chris Sartin (Tatum), and Cole Sartin; the father of her children, Cory Allmon; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family whom she loved dearly.
