Winchester is a Navy Veteran with a degree in aeronautics and certification in project management. He retired from the military in 2023 in search of a career that was not only stable, but meaningful. During his own transition into the civilian workforce, he experienced firsthand a gap in helping Veterans find their next career path in the world.
