Craig Lyndon Missildine passed away December 25, 2024, in Chattanooga, TN, following a brief battle with cancer. He died with his wife of 18 years, Marie MacAllaster Missildine, present. Craig was born September 3, 1960, in Columbus, GA. His parents, T. D. Missildine and Glenda Addis, predeceased him.

                  His siblings are Mary Ann Wade and Bobby Addis, of Panama City, FL. His sons are Jeremy Missildine, of Rome, GA, Brett Ransom of Wilmington Beach, NC, and Brian Ransom of Austin, TX. His four grandchildren are Miles Wheeler of Fort Payne, AL, Laney and Lucy Ransom of Ringgold, GA and Memphis Summers of Cape Coral, FL.

                 Craig graduated from East Rome High School in Rome, GA. Following high school, Craig enlisted in the United States Navy. He proudly served on the carrier, USS Kitty Hawk and enjoyed his time in the military. Craig worked in business and retired as the Digital Sales Manager for Advanced Rent To Own in Eastridge, TN. He loved NASCAR, especially Sunday afternoon race parties, and attending as many races as possible. He found great fun in go-cart racing. He also loved music and singing with his wife. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and the beach. His other hobbies included reading and especially trivia, thus his love for the TV show Jeopardy. Craig was a Christian and attended The Gathering church in Ringgold with Marie. He was a fine husband, father, and grandfather. Craig was deeply loved and will be missed.

                   Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at 2:00pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, with Dr. David Howard officiating. Interment will be in New Armuchee Baptist Church Cemetery.   

                The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, from 12:00pm until 1:45pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
