Victoria Marie Rivera, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she failed to charge her ankle monitoring device.
Reports added that Rivera then failed to meet with her probation officer to have a new ankle monitor put on.
The incident occurred last March.
Rivera is charged with unlawful removal of an electronic monitoring device and failure to appear.
