Darrius LaShaun Moore, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed a woman’s car window out.
Reports said that the incident occurred in the Applebee’s parking lot on Turner McCall Blvd.
Estimated value of the window was listed at $400.
Moore is charged with criminal trespass (damage to property).
