Austin Thomas Silvers, 20, and Heather Johnson Moreno Cruz, 37, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they burglarized Cheer’s Liquor on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that they smashed the front glass door and then proceeded to take two bottles of alcoholic beverages and a bag of pork rinds.
The total stolen was listed at around $50.
Both are charged with second degree burglary and criminal trespass.
