Chandra Leighann Yow, 40 of Fairmount, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was found driving a stolen 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Reports said that she was found driving the stolen SUV near the Dollar General on Calhoun Road.
The vehicle’s value was listed at $4,500.
Yow is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
