The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) announced the approval of 15 projects, including funds for Floyd County, this week.
The awarded projects focus on construction, bridge rehabilitation, safety improvements, and infrastructure rehabilitation across the state.

Massana Construction was the low bidder at $689,609.
