An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Jonathan Eugene Sutton, 38 of Centre, is facing new charges after new charges after he destroyed a toilet in his cell.
Reports said that Sutton dismantled and removed the toilet in his cell from the wall.

Jonathan Eugene Sutton, 38 of Centre, was arrested this week after reports said he used a metal steel pipe to bash out a Rome woman’s headlights to her car.
The incident occurred at 2617 Shorter Avenue.
Sutton is charged with criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree and criminal trespass.
