Jimmy Lamar Jones Jr, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to notify the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office that he gained employment at Pick O’Deli back in August.
Reports said that Jones violated the terms of his release by not registering his employer with the sheriff’s office.
Jones is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
