Mrs. Beverly Ann Reynolds Owens, age 59, of Kingston, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at her residence.
Mrs. Owens was born in Rome, Georgia on January 18, 1965, daughter of Charles Roy Walker and Melba Kathleen “Kittie” McClurd Walker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thad Reynolds. Mrs. Owens was of the Baptist faith and was the office manager for Anthony Fox Trucking Company. She was a faithful grandmother and a dedicated estate sale shopper.
Survivors include her husband, Carlton “Steve” Owens; a daughter, Amanda Barnes (Kevin); her parents, Roy & Kittie Walker; grandchildren, Kaleb Cash, Makenna Barnes, and Paisleigh Barnes; a brother, Tye Walker (Jima); several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 2pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with the Rev. Billy Murdock officiating. Interment will follow in Rome Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Friday from 5 until 7pm.
Pallbearers are asked to assemble at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Saturday at 1:30pm and include Anthony Fox, Kaleb Cash, Kevin Barnes, Tye Walker, Bobby Spriggs, and Mark Weeks.
