Derrick LaShawn Stallings, 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested in Rome after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a victim when he went to her home and gained access through the rear door
The alleged stalking occurred back on August 26th
Stallings is charged with aggravated stalking.
