Angela Sparks Robbins, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was drunk and disorderly at the A1 Food and Beverage on Burnett Ferry Road.
Reports said that before she was found drunk and using foul and obscene language she drove to the store while intoxicated.
She is also accused of making threats to two individuals.
Robbins is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct, pedestrian under the influence, DUI and two counts terroristic threats and acts.
