Three Rome men, Guillermo Jimenez, 20, Ramiro Pineda-Uriostigue, 20, and Victor Manuel Valencia, 19, were arrested on North 2nd Avenue after reports said they discharged a firearm into air while disregarding others safety.
Police said that the shotgun was fired in the direction toward several occupied homes.
All three are charged with shooting near a roadway and reckless conduct
