Lewis Edward Sparks IV, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 33 year-old woman at her home on West 13th Street.
Police said that he intentionally made unwanted physical contact of a provoking nature with the victim.
Reports added that he proceeded to break the victim’s cellphone, which was valued at $245.
Sparks is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
