Derrick Cole Walraven, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was caught nearly completely nude in the kitchen of a home on Dodd Blvd by the grandmother of a child under the age of 16 years-old.
Reports added that text messages between Walraven and the victim that were later found depicted the couples sexual relationship that had just occurred.
Walraven is charged child molestation and statutory rape.
