Shonie Rebecca Allmon, 48, Francisco Manuel Mendez, 36, Kelvin Ray Allmon, 50, all of Rome, and Cynthia Marcela Banuelos, 33 of Lindale, were arrested at the East Rome Walmart after they allegedly stole $672.95 worth of merchandise.
Reports said that they concealed merchandise in shopping bags and proceeded to exit the store without paying
All are charged with felony shoplifting.
