Bradley Christopher Packer, age 59, of Rome, Georgia, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
Bradley was born in Rome, Georgia on August 9, 1964, to his mother Glenda Cubbedge Hedrick and his father Warner “Butch” Packer.
Survivors include his loving mother and stepfather, Glenda & Lyle Hedrick; his father Warner “Butch” Packer; his sister, Sharon Sullins; his nieces, Staci Hastings (Joe) and Kimberly Cook (Joseph); his great-nieces and a nephew, Natalie Graves, Nolan Graves, Emma Cook, Cora Cook, and Joella Cook; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Bradley is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lamar & Evelyn Cubbedge, and his paternal grandparents, Selvin & Clora Packer.
Bradley was a graduate of the 1984 Class of Pepperell High School.
Bradley loved listening to and watching the Atlanta Braves and was a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. He really enjoyed being outdoors taking care of his yard or going on walks, which he did every day, rain or shine. He had a very sweet and gentle heart and was always generous, donating to different charities. His family will miss him dearly but take comfort in knowing he is at peace and present with the Lord.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
