Benjamin Franklin Robinson, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked and threatened a woman while he was walking down Lee Avenue.
Authorities stated that Robinson made unwanted physical contact with the victim before threatening to commit violence to her.
Robinson is charged with simple battery, terroristic threats and acts along with pedestrian walking along roadway.
