Mannington Mills announced that it will be selling its rigid core manufacturing plant located at 115 Old Belwood Road in Calhoun.
The vinyl tile manufacturing plant and 23 acres of property was sold to Bossen New Materials Corporation.
Bossen New Materials Corporation’s President and CEO Tom Pendley is quoted to say, “We are not exiting the rigid core business, quite the opposite, in fact, We plan to continue to be leaders in this category and will source rigid core products from trusted partner suppliers to give our customers the beauty and performance they have come to expect from us.”
According to reports, Mannington Commercial Headquarters and other Mannington operations in Cahoun will not be impacted by the sale.
