Summerville Police responded to the Chattooga County Ag Center recently after a juvenile reported being slapped by a sixty-four-year-old woman.
When police arrived on the scene, they spoke with the juvenile who said that they had jumped up to try to touch a banner and got their finger hung. At that point, the juvenile said that the suspect slapped them and cursed them.
When police spoke with the offender, she admitted to slapping the victim “because they were being disrespectful”, but denied cursing at them.
Kelly Sue Davis was arrested and charged with simple battery and was taken to the Chattooga County Jail.
