Brittany Nicole Waits, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she found a lost wallet and then used bank cards found inside to make numerous purchases.
Police said that Waits used the cards at two different locations to obtain money and goods.
Waits is charged with five counts financial transaction card fraud, two counts financial transaction card theft and theft of mislaid property.
