Truitt Clifford Alford, 48 of Centre, was arrested this week after reports said he illegally used an elder Lindale couple’s bank card to rack up over $2,210 worth of purchases between October 15, 2023 and January 8, 2024.
The victims were listed 87 and 91 year’s old.
Alford is also accused of taunting the victim’s telling them that “there’s nothing they can do”.
Alford is charged with financial transaction card fraud, unauthorized use of a financial transaction card and felony exploitation of the elderly.
