Josh Colton Acrey, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he molested a boy under the age of 16 years-old.
Reports said that in May of last year, Acrey penetrated the child’s anus with a foreign object. He is then accused of biting and pinching the child’s penis before forcing the child to lick his own.
The incident occurred at a home on Gray Rock Drive.
Acrey is charged with two counts aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery against a child.
